A Human Design led practice
A return toyourself.
ALIGN is a guided practice for meeting your higher self, learning how you are designed to move, and translating both into small daily rituals you can actually keep.

Before we begin
Return to your breath.
Before we enter this space, three slow cycles. Inhale for four, hold for two, exhale for six.
Cycle 0 of 3
An affirmation to enter with
You are here. In this space, in this body, ready to release what no longer fits, receive what is meant for you, and align with the practice you are about to receive.
The framework
ALIGN, letter by letter
Five movements, one rhythm. Open a card to sit with each one.
Before anything gets built, you get honest. Awareness is unhurried, gentle, and free of judgment, the ground everything else grows from.
Some beliefs were borrowed and some expectations were handed to you. Liberation is the soft, deliberate work of choosing what stays.
Intention lives in the present tense. It describes the version of you already stepping into the room, so your choices can catch up.
Ritual keeps you anchored. When the world pulls at your edges, grounding brings you back to the steady center you already carry.
Your Human Design points to a particular rhythm for making decisions and using energy. Navigation is trusting that rhythm out loud.
Why we do this work
Meet your higher self, then learn how you are designed to move.
Higher self work gives you the who. It shows you the version of you already living the life you are quietly reaching for. That vision becomes your compass.
Human Design gives you the how. It shows you the way your energy actually moves, how you make decisions that hold, and where to spend yourself so the days feel like yours.
Together they let you make small, aligned choices on ordinary days, so you are not chasing an idea of who you should be. You are living, in real time, as the more aligned, authentic version of you.
The meditation
Meet your higher self.
If we are together in the room, I lead this for you. If you are here on your own, use the steps below as your guide. Spend a day inside the life your higher self is already living, then journal what came up.
The visualization
A day inside their life.
- 01
Settle
Close your eyes. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw soften, your breath slow. There is nowhere else to be.
- 02
Meet them
Picture the version of you already living the life you are quietly reaching for. Notice how they carry themselves, the ease in their body, the way they take up space.
- 03
Walk through their day
Move through an ordinary morning with them. What do they wake to? What do they reach for first? What is the light, the pace, the sound of the room?
- 04
Notice the energy
Feel the texture of how they move through their hours. What they say yes to. What they gently decline. Where their energy flows and where it rests.
- 05
Return with them
Take one long breath in their name. Open your eyes knowing they are not ahead of you. They are you, remembering.
Then, journal
Write what they left with you.
Answer in their voice, in the present tense. Don't reach for the perfect sentence. Reach for the true one.
- 01
What did their day feel like, in your body?
- 02
What were they doing that you are not yet?
- 03
What had they set down that you are still carrying?
- 04
What is one small thing from their day that you could bring into yours this week?
- 05
In their voice, write the intention that would call them forward.
Your movement map
How you're designed to move.
Human Design isn't a box to put yourself into. It's a practical framework for understanding how you naturally make decisions, use your energy, and move through life.
Throughout this workshop, use your design as a compass, not a set of rules. When something on your ALIGN Board feels difficult, don't immediately change the goal. Ask yourself:
"Does the action need to change, or does my approach need to change?"
Your chart
Generate your Human Design chart.
Enter your birth details below. Nothing is saved, your chart lives with you.
Type
How your energy is built to move.
Tap your Type to open a short field guide underneath.
Overview
Manifestors are the initiators. Their energy arrives in bursts and is meant to start things others carry forward. Rest between bursts is part of the design, not a failure of it.
Strategy
Inform the people your action will impact before you move, then move without waiting for permission.
Signature
Peace, a quiet, uninterrupted sense of being on your own path.
Not-Self Theme
Anger, usually a sign someone is trying to slow you down or manage your pace.
ALIGN insight
A Manifestor rarely needs different goals. They usually just need to stop waiting for permission before taking the first step on the board.
Reflection
Which square on your board are you waiting to be allowed to begin?
Overview
Generators carry a steady, renewable life-force. They are here to do the work that lights them up and to master the things their body says yes to.
Strategy
Wait to respond. Let life show you the invitation, and let your gut answer before your mind decides.
Signature
Satisfaction, the full-body sense that today's work was worth doing.
Not-Self Theme
Frustration, a signal you said yes with your head instead of your gut.
ALIGN insight
A Generator's board works best when each square is something their body actually lights up for, not a should. If a square feels heavy every time you look at it, revisit it.
Reflection
Which square on your board did your body say yes to, and which one did your head?
Overview
Manifesting Generators are multi-passionate builders. They're designed to move quickly, skip steps, and pursue several threads at once when those threads are true responses.
Strategy
Wait to respond, then inform the people affected before you pivot or launch.
Signature
Satisfaction and peace, both, together, when the pace is honestly yours.
Not-Self Theme
Frustration and anger, usually from forcing linearity onto a non-linear design.
ALIGN insight
Your board doesn't have to move one square at a time. If two squares light you up today, work them together and trust the shortcuts you naturally find.
Reflection
Where on your board are you making things more linear than they need to be?
Overview
Projectors are the guides. They see systems and people clearly and are here to be recognized for that sight, not to out-work anyone.
Strategy
Wait for the invitation into the big things, relationships, work, purpose, so your energy lands where it's actually welcomed.
Signature
Success, the feeling of being seen and used well for your gift.
Not-Self Theme
Bitterness, often from giving your insight where it wasn't asked for.
ALIGN insight
A Projector's board honors rest as an action. Recognition is a legitimate square. Waiting for the right invitation is a legitimate square.
Reflection
Which square on your board is really about being recognized, and how would you name it honestly?
Overview
Reflectors are the mirrors. They take in the health of the rooms and communities around them and reflect what's really there.
Strategy
Wait a full lunar cycle, about 28 days, before big decisions, and let clarity build gradually.
Signature
Surprise and wonder, delight at what a well-chosen environment can feel like.
Not-Self Theme
Disappointment, often from moving fast in an environment that isn't right for you.
ALIGN insight
Your board is most powerful when it names the environment and the people around your intention, not only the actions. Where you practice matters as much as what you practice.
Reflection
Which square on your board is really about the environment you need in order to keep the practice?
Authority
How you know a yes from a no.
Choose the Authority listed on your chart.
How decisions are made
Clarity arrives after you've felt the full wave, the high, the low, and the neutral in between. There is no truth in the peak.
How to slow down
Sleep on it. Revisit tomorrow, and again the day after. If it still feels true across the wave, it is.
How this supports aligned action
Emotional Authority protects you from the yes that feels amazing today and hollow by Friday. Give your board time to settle before you promise it anything.
Reflection
Which square on your board would you write differently if you gave it three days?
How decisions are made
A sound before a sentence. An uh-huh or an uh-uh in the body, before the mind has time to explain itself.
How to slow down
Ask yes-or-no questions out loud. Notice the sound your body makes before the reasoning starts.
How this supports aligned action
Sacral Authority keeps your board full of things your body actually lights up for, not things you've been told should feel good.
Reflection
Which square on your board got a real uh-huh from your body?
How decisions are made
A quiet, in-the-moment knowing. It speaks once, softly, and doesn't repeat itself.
How to slow down
Get present. Move somewhere quiet. Let the first knowing land before the second-guessing starts.
How this supports aligned action
Splenic Authority protects your board from anything that felt off the first time. If the first hit was a no, it's a no.
Reflection
Which square on your board did you know about immediately, and which one did you talk yourself into?
How decisions are made
Truth lives in what you have the will and heart to commit to right now. If the word yes doesn't come out of your mouth, it isn't one.
How to slow down
Say it out loud. If the promise won't leave your mouth easily, don't make it.
How this supports aligned action
Ego Authority keeps your board honest to your capacity. Only put down squares you're genuinely willing to keep.
Reflection
Which square on your board can you say yes to, out loud, without flinching?
How decisions are made
Truth arrives when you hear yourself talk. Your voice, out loud, is the compass.
How to slow down
Call a trusted friend and think out loud. Notice which sentences make your voice open up, and which make it flatten.
How this supports aligned action
Self Projected Authority makes your board clearer when you speak it. Read each square out loud and listen for the ones your voice believes.
Reflection
Which square sounds true when you say it out loud?
How decisions are made
Clarity comes through conversation, in the right environment, with the right sounding boards. Not from thinking harder alone.
How to slow down
Talk it through in more than one setting. Notice which room lets the truth show up.
How this supports aligned action
Mental Authority reminds you that where you write your board is part of the design. Choose your environment on purpose.
Reflection
Where would you have to be, and with whom, to hear your board honestly?
How decisions are made
Truth builds over a full lunar cycle, about 28 days. What still feels true at the end is what's true.
How to slow down
Live with the decision for a month. Notice what wants to stay and what quietly falls away.
How this supports aligned action
Lunar Authority means your board is a slow, sacred document. Let it change across the cycle before you commit to it.
Reflection
Which square has been consistent for you across the last full month?
Profile
How your energy shows up in a room.
Choose your two Profile lines. The first is the foundation you build on, the second is the doorway you meet the world through.

Your ALIGN Board
A 5×5 portrait of the life you are already stepping into.
The ALIGN Board works like BINGO. Twenty-five squares. One in the middle already filled in. The other twenty-four are yours to write by hand.
Each square names an action that reflects the person you are becoming. Some are already part of your days. Some will be invitations into something new. Both belong.
The center square, Take a breath, is a free space you can claim every day.
Print your board, then complete it by hand.
Write your squares by hand
Need inspiration?
A quiet nudge, when the page feels blank.
Share a little about your intention and your design. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
Why the candle?
A candle turns your intention into a small, repeatable ritual. You give it your attention once, when you dress it, and after that every strike of the match is a return. The flame becomes a quiet cue: pause, breathe, remember what you said yes to.
In the workshop, I hand you a candle already blended with the herbs below. At home, you can build your own. Choose a plain white candle, a little olive or almond oil, and any of these dried herbs you can gather. Each one carries a quality that is already alive in you, the blend is simply the reminder.
The blend
Self-love · Compassion · An open heart
Peace · Calm · Grounding
Rest · Ease · Trusting the process
Clarity · Confidence · Remembering who you are
Intuition · Inner wisdom · Inspired vision
Courage · Abundance · Aligned action

A closing note
"Alignment is a practice. Small choices, kept quietly, until the life you were designed for is the one you are living."
Come back to this guide any time you feel the pull to slow down and re-center. The room where we practiced was only the doorway. This is the life you get to live on the other side of it.
